Huawei Logo

Huawei is the first Chinese consumer brand to break out globally. Huawei faced a classic problem in its effort to leverage tremendous R&D prowess to grow a consumer brand.

Huawei hired us to adapt their Global Brand positioning for Africa using cultural branding model, which we rolled out.

Converse Logo

Seemingly every teenage girl in was sporting Chuck Taylor’s. The company knew, however, that this customer base was very “bottom-heavy” and so presented a real risk to the brand. Converse understood the threat but didn’t know how to deal with it.

We analyzed youth culture and developed a comprehensive brand blueprint that senior management used to rework all of the company’s branding efforts.

Meditel Logo

We instituted a brand harmonization and revitalization programme for MEditel, in a fast paced, competitive and changing cellular market in Morocco.

We created the new Positioning, Brand Architecture, Go To Market Strategy, Naming Conventions and Consolidated the Brand in the marketplace.

Airtel Logo

The concept behind “Let’s do Business” was to create a message that distinguishes and differentiates Airtel’s business brand in the mind of the audience and motivates the audience to purchase the product.
